BMW has removed the covers off the 2019 BMW M2. The car has received a number of upgrades to the interior, exterior and powertrain.
Some of the most prominent changes are:
* New kidney grill design and front fascia that separates the M2 Competition from the “regular” car.
* New headlights and rear tail lights
* The M2 competition now uses the S55 engine that is found in the current M3/M4 cars

Some BMW fans will be disappointed that the old N55B30 is gone in favour of the S55. That engine had a unique sound that made it different to the other M cars. The flipside is the new engine has seen the power figures for the car go up!
