rules to getting your classified ad posted
For Cars, these pieces of information are necessary before we can post your ad
* Brand and model (eg. Honda Civic)
* Year
* Mileage
* Right/ Left-hand drive
* Transmission (manual/automatic)
* Add a description of the car and mention any features it has that will help sell it. You should also mention any fault the car has.
* Your contact information for the buyer to get in touch with you (at least phone number)
For Real Estate Properties, these pieces of information are necessary before we can post your ad
* Sale/Rent price
* Location
* Number of rooms(bedrooms/bathrooms)
* Type of property(house/apartment/land etc)
* Add a short description, no more than one paragraph that mentions the best features of the property
* Your contact information for the buyer to get in touch with you (at least phone number)
